Chivexa AI chat assistant

If you use the Chivexa AI chat assistant, the messages you type are sent to our server to generate a response, and — depending on how the assistant is configured — may be passed to our AI provider, OpenAI, to generate that response. Conversations are held only for the duration of your browser session and are not written to a database or stored permanently by Chivexa Media.

Automatically collected technical information

When you submit the contact form or newsletter form, our server temporarily processes your IP address solely to prevent spam and abusive submissions (for example, rate-limiting repeated automated submissions). This information is held in server memory for a limited time and is not written to a persistent database or shared with third parties.

Chivexa Media does not currently use third-party website analytics, advertising, or visitor-tracking tools on this site.

Each of these providers processes information under its own privacy terms, and only for the purpose of providing their service to Chivexa Media.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information submitted through this website, including:

• Server-side validation and sanitization of form submissions.
• Rate limiting to reduce automated abuse of the contact and newsletter forms.
• Access controls on our database (Supabase) restricting who can read or write subscriber data.
• Keeping API keys and other credentials server-side only — they are never exposed to your browser.

• Contact form submissions are delivered by email and are not stored in a database by this website.
